Musings on Mind, Body, and Soul
The excited mind is a problem. A roadblock to experience. Presence aligns with patience. This moment and this moment only. The effect is felt in the now.
You stimulate the system to cause change. This change will be addressed in the future. You feel the effect of the stimulus: fatigue, soreness, hunger, etc. The more you engage, the more change you cause.
Your actions have a greater consequence. These actions should be repeatable. They should be predictable, familiarity allows you to go much deeper. The ability to go deep (or far) is a trainable skill. Here we utilize repetition to enhance the familiar, which is utilized more often and with greater confidence. This confidence is systemic: mind, body, soul.
With a cool calm, we engage in what we enjoy. The soul aligns rightly with that which connects us to mindful movement. Discipline is required to tune into the rhythm of the soul, and down out the buzz of the external environment. Exercise patience in the moment. The world’s events are not happening to you. They cannot control your experience. Be disciplined. Realize that the center is you, and with you, it always moves.
Soul Directs. Mind Manifests. Body Experiences.
